Clementine and Bodyform Partner to Address the Menstrual Health Gap in Sleep

Mental wellness app Clementine has joined forces with Bodyform to launch a new collection of free in-app hypnotherapy sessions designed to support people through the emotional and physical toll of hormonal changes. Starting with the thing that’s often lost first: sleep.

Recent research from Bodyform* found that 4 in 5 women+ experience disrupted sleep due to their menstrual cycle, with symptoms like pain, anxiety, and mood swings keeping them up at night. Even more worryingly, nearly half of women feel these symptoms aren’t taken seriously and 33% say they simply “put up with it.”

This collaboration aims to tackle a long-ignored issue in women’s health: the menstrual health gap, where access to products and education may be improving, but mental wellbeing and sleep support are still largely missing.

Kim Palmer, founder of Clementine, knows that story all too well.

“We’re not just launching a feature, we’re pushing back on the idea that sleep loss is just part of being a woman,” said Palmer. “When you’re exhausted, everything feels harder. These sessions are here to say: we see you, and we’re not leaving your sleep, or your sanity, out of the conversation.”

Real Tools for Real-Life Hormonal Hell

Created with input from Bodyform’s research and Clementine’s team of expert therapists, the sessions tackle the often-ignored impact of hormonal shifts on mental wellbeing. Whether you’re in your twenties or your fifties, dealing with PMS or perimenopause, the symptoms can overlap and they can be brutal.

Each of the four sleep sessions is designed to help you fall asleep faster, reduce discomfort, regulate mood, and finally feel supported, even on the days your body feels like a stranger.

🧠💤✨ These sessions are now available, completely free in the Clementine app.
